2012 Lodging Rates and Cancellation Policy
The rates for
our 2012 Season are listed below. Prices are per lodge per night. For example if
you book the Trout Lodge for your family of four for a weekend in the
summer...your rate is $185 per night plus tax. Please call us with any
questions.

*Weekend reservations require a minimum two night stay.

Pet Policy. RiverWood is committed to providing comfortable and clean
facilities for all our guests, likewise we understand
how important pets are to some of our guests. Therefore, we will allow well
behaved, house trained pets with a $10 per day fee. Guests will be responsible
for any damage that may arise due to their pets.
OUR
CANCELLATION POLICY*: Reservations cancelled one month prior to the date will
not be charged...those cancelled within 10-30 days of date will be charged 50%
of the lodging fee and any cancellations less than 10 days of the reservation
will be charged for the full reservation.
*OUR HOLIDAY
&/OR 3-DAY WEEK-END CANCELLATION POLICY: Reservations cancelled two months
prior to the date will not be charged...those cancelled within 30-60 days of
date will be charged 50% of the lodging fee and any cancellations less than 30
days of the reservation will be charged for the full reservation.
